Arrival Day

Our check-in time begins at 4 pm. While we’ll do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in if possible, we will confirm this on the day of your arrival via the email address used for your booking.

No, sorry you can’t do this due to health and safety. We kindly suggest using the luggage facility available at the train station.

No, the space will be used by the previous guests or housekeepers prior to your check in time.

Your check-in information will be emailed to you one day before your arrival. All of our apartments feature self-check-in, either through a key safe or a digital lock, ensuring a smooth and convenient arrival.

Exit Day

Our check in time is from 4pm. Although we will try to check you in early if possible, we will let you know on your arrival day via the email that you booked with.

Yes, please return the keys to the designated key safe or digital lock and ensure the code is reset to 0000 upon departure

Yes, please ensure the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. This includes:

● Washing or loading all dishes into the dishwasher and turning it on.

● Removing all rubbish.

● Switching off all appliances.

● Returning the heating to the time position.

To extend your stay, please notify us at least one day in advance, preferably sooner. This is subject to availability.
